Sunday walking tour continued...

The first two pictures were taken as we walked along--the yellow orchids just grow naturally here. The remaining pictures were all taken at the Chikan Towers. We returned to get pictures during the day and are glad we did. The third picture is the original wall from the 1600s when the Dutch were prominent in the area. The nine stone turtles with the tablets on their backs are from the Quig dynasty. They commemorate great deeds done over the years.
