A fun weekend in Tainan City

Hi all,

What do Turkey, Greece and Italy have in common? These are the ethnics restaurants that Rochelle, Karen and I "worked" our way through as we walked (and I do mean we walked a long way) and explored Tainan City. Like me, they found Tainan City to be a great place and hope to return to further explore this wonderful city. I took them to the Confucius Temple as well as another temple, Chikan Towers where a Taiwanese group was providing music, to a portion of the wall from the time that Tainan was a gated/walled city, to a museum observing Taiwanese literature over the ages, and shopping. We found a grocery store that has American food products that are missed/craved and much money was exchanged. Tonight I'm going to the Culture Center for a performance by a dance troope. Life is good! :-)
