Another American teacher, Jerry from Washington, and her Taiwanese friend, Lisa, both teach in schools on the island. Our first stop for the day was to Shanshui Beach. They have an Australian friend, Greg, who teaches surfing here. It is also a place where they come for barbeques. We spent about three hours here and it was hard to leave, but we had lots to see in a short amount of time. I hope I can get back here in the future.
