The Beautiful Islands of Penghu

Hi all,

I spent a great weekend on the islands of Penghu which are found just northwest of Tainan City and north of the Topic of Cancer in the Straits of Formosa. It took just about 20 minutes to fly to Magung City. The islands rely heavily on fishing and tourism. These boats use lights to attract octopus. You can see racks of drying squid and octopus as they are prepared for the market.
