Saturday at Maolin Recreation Area

I was up early to catch the 6:41 am train to Kaohsiung. A friend, Brian, was driving to the Maolin Recreation Area where we hoped to see lots of beautiful sights and butterflies that migrate there each winter from northern Taiwan. It turned out to be a beautifully warm day with dramatic scenery as well as cautionary signs. Fortunately, we were able to avoid such an occurrence. :-)
