Eating in Lugang

We ate family-style at a local Lugang eatery where the specialty is an oyster omlette (picture 4). Other foods that we tasted during the day included dragon whiskers (picutre 5)--a candy that expands when bitten into, monkey shrimp (tiny shrimp coated with batter and fried shell and all), and cow's tongue (a sweet, flat pastry shaped like a tongue). All were quite good.
