The Lantern Festival on the Grounds of the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall--Taipei

This is where the crowds will hang riddles for others to ponder. Often the riddle contain wishes of love.

There was lots of entertainment including the dancing dragon (seen here taking a "rest"), teenagers dancing with Chinese yo-yos, and original people singing.

Additionally, several countries sent lantern displays to Taipei. You can see displays by Malaysia, Hong Kong, the Phillipines as well as Macau.
