A barbeque--Green Island style

We had a great meal of various meats, seafood and vegetables that we cooked over a barbeque. The first pictures show the owners blow torching our coals to get things started. Once we had our coals we picked out the food we wanted to cook and got started. There were also sauces that we could use--this is a very common barbeque in Taiwan and the food is quite delicious.
