Gungtang Peanut Candy factory

The climate, soil and water quality of Kinmen nurture oily and aromatic peanuts; the Gong Candy made of Kinmen produced peanuts are crispy and delicious. In the factory we were able to watch the candy making as well as taste the many varieties. My favorite was the soft, chewy peanut roll while I did not like the peanut/tea combination or the peanut/fish combination candy.
