Longshan Temple

Longshan Temple (1738) is said to have been built where a man left an amulet (an object worn, especially around the neck, as a charm against evil) of Guanyin, the goddess of mercy. It was left hanging in a tree and is said to give off light even after dark. There was a celebration going on the day we visited in honor of a great general. As a result, this beautiful temple was very crowded.
