The oral English exam--using Readers Theater

For the oral examination, the students were placed in groups to perform scripts from Readers Theater. See the following site for more information:

It was great fun helping them practice their lines and then adding actions. Some of the scripts we used were "Chicken Little", "The Little Red Hen", "The Dragonboat Festival", and "Click, Clack, Moo". We have even had some students ask if they can do further plays. :-)
